I realised something yesterday as I was logging my meals on Calorific … I didn’t keep an accurate record on Wednesday. I’m no sure if it shows how many calories I use when the app posts to Facebook, but I only logged 850 calories that day, when I ate quite a few more than that lol.
Been eating a lot of toasted cheese sandwiches this week. Not good. I’m actually getting apprehensive about getting on those scales on Monday. Cheese is my biggest weakness when it comes to food.
